Service Request 2.0 now online! Thu, 03 Apr 2008 15:45:19 GMT We are proud to inform you that a new version of the service request system is now in place! We believe you will find this system much easier to use and much more informative. Some of the exciting changes that we’ve made are: You will no longer be required to enter your location, name, phone or email information. That information will all be populated based on your MSU NetID. You will, however, be able to edit it, should temporary information be required. You will receive an email each and every time your service request is updated or changed. This will keep you informed of the progress of your request and any new information that might be related. You will be able to retrieve your Service Request history. This will allow you to view your previous Service Requests at any time, even if they have been closed. Future features include: The ability to search all Service Requests for a solution to your problem.
